Shipping and Returns


Your parcel shipment

We ship using Colissimo International, UPS, TNT, Fedex or DHL for international orders, with tracking and drop-off on signature. National Orders are shipped through Colissimo, Sodexi or Chronopost.

Shipping Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after payment reception, if your item is currently in stock. Most of our artworks are produced on order and will generally be shipped after a 6 to 8 week production and pre-delivery period. Once we receive your artwork, delivery will follow in the next 48h for national orders (France) and between 2 to 7 days for international orders.

Information & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email following your order placement including delivery time and necessary information about your order. A second email from our postal service will contain the tracking code for your artwork. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect our artworks. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Exchanges & returns

If an artwork arrives in bad condition or presents signs of damage due to false manipulation from the postal agents, NIPCOM Sarl will exchange your artwork without further costs and as quickly as possible.


Please open your package upon reception in front of the postal service agent. If your artwork presents any kind of damage due to delivery, you should not accept the parcel and not sign the delivery voucher. if you accept a parcel and the artwork is damaged, once you have signed the delivery voucher, you are personally responsible and no exchange can be authorized by nipcom sarl. Each artwork is thoroughly examined by our staff before shipping. NIPCOM SARL reserves the right to refuse exchange if the parcel has not been examined and opened immediately on delivery at your door.
